Hello there! Below are some steps to help reset your power management system

1. Shut down the Macbook air.
2. Plug in the MagSafe power adapter to a power source, connecting it to the Mac if its not already connected.
3. On the built-in keyboard, press the (left side) Shift-Control-Option keys and the power button at the same time.
4. Release all the keys and the power button at the same time.
5. Press the power button to turn on the macbook air.
6. Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys before the gray screen appears.
7. Hold the keys down until the Macbook air restarts.
8. Release the keys.

If this does not work follow these steps

1. turn off mac
2. Locate CMD and R keys
3. Turn on mac holding the keys from step 2
4. A menu will show with a couple options we will use disk utility. Once disk utility is open select mac hd and click verify disk to repair any issues with your hard drive. Then close the window and select exit installer.

"I have an apple air " Apple make two products that have the word air in them .Macbook Air and iPad air. Follow the steps below for the ipad air.

if you do not have itunes you can get it from the link below.

http://www.apple.com/itunes

  1. Plug your iPad into your computer with a USB cable.
  2. Turn off the iPad .
  3. Hold the Power button for 3 seconds.
  4. Hold the Home and Power buttons for 10 seconds.
  5. Release the Power button but keep holding the Home button.
  6. After about 15 seconds you will be alerted by iTunes saying that it has detected an iPad in Recovery Mode.

Make sure the iPad's screen is blank and no logos are present

Restore with itunes. Once the iPad finishes restoring you can sign in with your icloud email and password ***** all your information will be sync'd
