Please go to the Apple logo at the upper left of your computer screen to About This Mac and give me this information:
The exact system Version (listed right under Mac OS X)

Click on the first icon in the Dock the "Finder", then click on Go at the top of the screen, you will see a drop down menu, go to Utilities. When that opens double click on the application called Disk Utility. When Disk Utility opens you will see your hard drive (usually Macintosh HD) on the left. Highlight your hard drive and click on Verify Disk on the far right. If that is OK in green type, then click on Repair Disk Permissions on the left.

Note: If Verify Disk is not OK try to Repair. If Repair is successful then Repair Disk Permissions if it is not successful let me know.

I don't guess I know where to go for the "dock"
Expert:  Mike replied 1 year ago.

It is the list of icons at the bottom of your screen

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It's coming up with many "system differs on library"
Expert:  Mike replied 1 year ago.

As long as Verify disk was ok just let Repair Permissions finish. Then quit that and quit iPhoto too, hold down the Option or ALT and Command keys and start iPhoto. You will see an iPhoto Library First Aid window, select rebuild the Database.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I didn't click on Repair Permissions. Should I do that
Expert:  Mike replied 1 year ago.

Was Verify Disk Ok in green type?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I didn't see that
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It just says "Permissions verification complete"
Expert:  Mike replied 1 year ago.

I thought you didn't click on that yet? please Verify Disk again if it fails you need tot select Repair Disk

Expert:  Mike replied 1 year ago.

I did not say to click on Verify Permissions. Please read carefully

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Expert:  Mike replied 1 year ago.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Sorry. I guess I'm impatient. It is showing a status now.
Expert:  Mike replied 1 year ago.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Expert:  Mike replied 1 year ago.

OK try to export the book again

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It says uploading book to the store but nothing is happening. It has said that for about 5 minutes
Expert:  Mike replied 1 year ago.

Ok I don't know how big the book is give it some time

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
74 pages. Before I have seen the blue on the status bar almost immediately. I've done many 100 page books
Expert:  Mike replied 1 year ago.

OK there may be a problem with the book I'm afraid the only way is to try and export the book as a PDf and see if that also fails:

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
How do I do that
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I tried to do some other books and nothing worked
Expert:  Mike replied 1 year ago.

I gave you a link

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
OK thank you. I guess we are finished?
Expert:  Mike replied 1 year ago.

That's all I have in my experience if that does not work there is a problem with the book itself. Sorry.
