I HAVE CHANGED MY PASSWORD. IT WAS ACCEPTED BUT WHEN I TRY TO LOG IN IT DOES NOT ACCEPT. I EVEN CREATED A NEW ACCOUNT AND THE SAME THING IS HAPPENING. I HAVE BEEN GOING AROUND IN CIRCLES WITH THIS FOUR 2 DAYS. I REALLY WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO BE ABLE TO LOG ON MY MAC AS WELL AS ON MY PHONE.

Do you mean Skype? On your Mac open Terminal in Applications / Utilities copy and paste this line then hit Return:

rm ~/Library/Preferences/com.skype.skype.plist

then open Skype and try to login.
