Customer Question

I use Word, Excell, etc in Microsoft Office on my mac with Yosemite.
Wonder if I need to download anything of the new software to get them to work better.
(I have already noticed that Mail is acting a little funny.)

Hello,
I am an Information Technology Professional with over 15 years of professional experience. I am the technician assigned to your case today. I look forward to working with you and resolving this problem.
Windows has a new version, but that has absolutely no effect on your installation of Office because they are separate things.
In short, there is nothing that you must do on your end to update anything. You will be all set.
I will be standing by.
Thank you,
Jason

So, the Office Suite does not necessarily need to be updated?
Expert:  Jason Jones replied 1 year ago.
Yes, that is absolutely correct. Thank you for verifying that.
