Welcome, my name is ***** ***** I will assist you today!
So I can provide you with a tailored solution, I need to ask you a few questions.
Do you have a windows xp, vista, windows 7, windows 8, or a mac ?
If you have a mac, do you have the iphoto app as well?
And if its a mac, please check your os version as described below.
Click the apple sign at the top left of your screen, then click about this mac. And then where it says version, send that to me as a reply.
Thank you,
Dustin S.

Hello again.. Ive sent the same message twice.. Asking for the same information. It seems you are not reading the messages completely.. Please provide all information asked for, so that I can have a clear picture of your system, the problem, and how to solve it. On your mac, what photo program are you using ? ( there are several possibilities. ) With that being said.. If you have Iphoto, then the steps on this page should help you import the photos. https://support.apple.com/kb/ph2328?locale=en_US If you do not have iphoto, then you could try the import using Image capture https://support.apple.com/kb/PH17894?locale=en_US If you are using aperture, picasa, photoshop or something else. Please specify the photo program you want to import the pictures into, on your mac. Thank you, *****
