Now I have the db copied from a live unit stored on a USB.

But I can't find e7 on the workstation that has been wiped. I tried to copy the e7 file to the USB but it gave me an error.

Hello,
LKT is currently offline.
I am Pete, and I'll be happy to assist with your question.
We cannot see the thread you are referring to.
However, if the other workstations are running the same OS then you should be able to copy the E7 file.
Please let us know the specific error message and OS version(s) if you need further assistance.
