yes it is, and i can access the app store

Okay, did the purchase complete and the downloading failed or did it never actually start downloading?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

it was already download awhile ago

Okay, your original submission said it failed to download...

I'm still not clear where the issue is... is it a problem within the app?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

that is what was poping up when i go to open the app

Ok and has the app worked ok in the past?

John

yes it did, not it is saying it is a server problem

First, let’s attempt resolving this issue with your Apple device by trying a hard reset, then proceed from there if that does not resolve the problem:

Disconnect the device from it's cord, if plugged in.

Press and hold your Sleep/Wake button (on the top) and Home button (on the front) together for around 10 seconds.

When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.

The next thing you should see after the Apple logo is the home screen a few minutes later.

Now test the app.
