If it does not let you download/run the ScreenConnect program, please go to the Apple logo menu > System Preferences… > Security & Privacy > General tab , then select the Anywhere option, then click on the website below again:http://220.127.116.11:8040/?Session=d92ad776-c995-4691-bb12-6640598107a5, and download the ScreenConnect application when prompted, then open / run it. And please use Safari if needed.
Edit: If you can, please go to your email settings, then change the port to 995 (instead of 993), and check. If you do not know how, please let me know your application, such as Mail Mail (the stamp icon), or Outlook, etc.)
