The cursor is frozen in the upper left hand corner. I have a wireless mouse and keyboard. I've rebooted and done the command/control/esc and the command/control/eject– doesn't work.
Hello,
I am Pete, and I'll be happy to assist with your question today.

What is the make and model of your wireless mouse/keyboard?
Does the computer respond to any keystrokes at all, or does the computer seem to have frozen?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

The computer does not respond to any keystrokes. It appears to be frozen with a box titled "Bluetooth Setup Asssistant" with a spinning circle.

Hi Tina,

If your wireless mouse/keyboard connects using Bluetooth, try temporarily removing them and use a corded mouse and keyboard to allow you to regain control of the iMac.

You can then start troubleshooting the problem by reinstalling the latest drivers for your wireless mouse/keyboard.
