In Logic Pro, goto File menu > Bounce and click Project or Selection. Make sure you selected the start and end point of the audio in the timeline. This should bounce or export the selected tracks in your Logic Pro X.

The shortcut to bounce should either Command + B or Control + B or Command + Control + B
