I have a new mini ipad. I also have a Generation 2 iPad and my wife has a Generation 3. We use Kindle on all of our devices. My wife does all the book shopping for our devices. I am unable to register the new mini. When I put in my wife's email, it is rejected. When I put in my email, it is rejected. What is the problem and what do I do?

Is this Kindle that you are trying to register with or Apple?

The app is installed, but I am unable to register it.

If more than one device has the app running then quit one of them. Then try again.
I know that some apps will have issues using more than two devices using the same account.

Up to this point we have had three ipads running the Kindle app at the same time. I can't believe that is the answer.

I removed the app from two devices, tried again to register the mini and could not. Could you credit my account for $30.00? This is the third time I have tried Just Answer without a solution. I would appreciate a refund.
