1)open the Settings App on your Device.


2) Select the General Option.


3) Choose the About Option at the top of the list.

4) Scroll down until you see the Version Entry. This is the version of iOS that you are running.

ok unfortunatley the only way to do this is to backup your iphone into itunes and then reset to factory settings to get rid of this issue
