The backup is usually stored in a sub-directory of the following path:

C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup

<UserName> would be whatever name is XXXXX XXXXX current user account under Windows 7.

If you have system folders and files hidden you would need to un-hide them first.
