How +do +I +fix +this?

jstinehelfer :

Hello my name is XXXXX XXXXX I hope together we can fix your problem

jstinehelfer :

Is this a laptop or desktop computer?

jstinehelfer :

Does this happen just in Word or does this happen other places as well?

Customer:

This +is +a +desktop. +It +happens +in +word +and +in +my +email +tests.

jstinehelfer :

Do you have another keyboard that you can test with and see if it goes away?

jstinehelfer :

Even a PC keyboard would work for testing purposes

Customer:

No.

Customer:

I +just +have +this +single +keyboard.

jstinehelfer :

In that case i would first unplug the keyboard. Turn it upside down and gently smack it around a little and see if I can knock out some dirt and dust. I would also tap continuously the plus key and the spacekey to see if I can get it to loosen up if dirt is caught in there. Then plug it back in and see if that did the trick

jstinehelfer :

Then I would ask myself did something get spilled on this and I not know it.

Customer:

OK.

jstinehelfer :

You dont have to turn off the computer to unplug the keyboard and do that

Customer:

Testing. It seems to be working! I'll be darned.

jstinehelfer :

I see the plus signs are gone now

jstinehelfer :

So turning it upside down getting rid of dirt and dust helped?

Customer:

Yes, thank you. What do I do now to submit payment? 58$ seems a bit High, but I am glad that it worked so will pay as you think best.

jstinehelfer :

I do not have anything to do with what you pay. That is up to you and Just Answer or Pearl.com. I just get a percentage to answer the questions and fix computer problems. All you have to do is give me a good rating so my boss knows I am doing a good job.

Customer:

OK. I will hit "excellent service" below.

jstinehelfer :

Thank you and glad we could both get this fixed today

jstinehelfer :

Take care and have a great day. Please come back if you need any more help in the future.
