Ok. Is the iPad plugged into the computer at the moment?
yes. i've tried to unplugged and plug again and itunes does not recognize it
No problem. On the iPad, please press and hold both the Sleep/Wake button (on the top) and the home button (below the screen). Keep them both held until the iPad turns off. When this happens, continue to hold the home button (the lower one) but release the Sleep/Wake button. The screen should not have anything on it and iTunes should tell you it found an iPad in recovery mode.

yes it is in restoring mode
