I have an adobe file that I need to make corrections on. I am iMac OS X lion.
I prefer a word type file so I can make changes. It is NOT important that all the pictures are available in the new version.

You can also copy and paste in word if I understand your question right

On the adobe file I can't copy or paste because that requires a special program that I don't have.

Ideal for me is to send you the program and have you convert it to a form that I can work with. It is not important that the pictures are in the new version.

You must have adobe read only...you will need a converter if You need it converted. Also right click the file and chose open with. Choose open with Word and see
