no information as to how to proceed---you say you have resolved the issue but I need information such as how to pull it up, if I will have more problems since it is on Windows XP. I don't think the way your work has proceded is satis factory to a person not well versed in computers---not worth $38. If that is all I can expect, please cancel the charges!!!
I'm sorry. That was my mistake (it was intended for another client.) Did you see my previous reply:

And/or we can continue another time if you'd like to.Please do not worry, we guarantee our service. Thank you.

I have an early morning appt. so will not be able to work with you at this time. To answer your questions, I have been unable to open Safari so far so I don't know which version. Had not tried to set it up yet on the PC. We were hit by lightening and it fried all of our electronics, including my relatively new iMac, so I lost Safari, which I liked it's user friendly browser, but I had trouble setting it up on the Mac also.
I am not very good with computers, so all that you tell me is gobbley gook.
Please take me out of ypur program, and DO NOT use my credit card!!!!
