I have entered my full account details in payment of expert $68 to Winod Menon. Thereafter I clicked to read the page on Privacy laws. There was not button to return me to continue on the payment page. I beleive that the charges may have been taken. But I have received no answers to the questions I asked Winod Menon.
1) How can verify that my payment has been completed?
2) How can receive answers to my questions from Winod Menon?

I don't see any previous questions associated with your user id. Could you please explain your issue as I cannot find any previous record of yours?

Thank you

A window appeared on my iPad saying:

"iPad not Back UP. This iPad has not been back up. Back up happens when this iPad is plugged in, locked, and connected to Wi-Fi. OK"

1) I clicked on the OK to cleasr the message but failed

2) I tried to unlock the iPad but sliding the unlock button but there was no

3) I tried to restart the iPad by switching off from the Power off button but

no response

The iPad screen appears totally frozen and unresponsive, not even the switch off is active

I have submitted my payment details of $68 for answers to this problem already

Thank you, Dominic.

I see only this question associated with your user id, so not sure whether your previous payment has gone through. If it has debited twice your account, you would need to contact our customer service and get it reversed.

Regarding your question, I believe your iPad is just frozen and a simple reset should resolve the issue.

Press and hold the power button and the home button together until you see an apple logo. Once it restarts, test whether your issue is resolved.

Let me know if you find any difficulty.
