I am using a Mac OS and the Neatworks scanner to scan all my receipts. I have been turning the scanner off and ion.

Please change the scan setting from Auto-detect item type to a specific item type, such as Receipt, Document, or Business card, then try scanning again. When you scan the receipt set it as Receipt. It ensures you will get it scanned as receipt.

I don't have the drop down menu you show. I have the scan icon but when I click on it, it just tells me I don't have paper in the scanner. I can't find the list you reference, anywhere. I think I figured out how to fix the problem anyhow.
