I know there is a set of buttons I can Push to eject a dvd that is not recognized by the program (faulty?), just tell which ones to ckick, please.

Canyou describe the mac you have.. Is the CD drive inside the monitor?

Or.. Do you have a screen that is separate from your CD drive and tower ?
