Hi, I will assist,
I'm sorry about the issue. Have you tried restarting the computer yet?
Should I do it?
Wait. Can you disconnect the iPhone from the computer for now, then press and hold both the Power button and the Home buttons together for at least 10 seconds, until the Apple logo appears, then wait a bit, then reconnect, and check:
Also, is this a new iPhone?
I already resetted the Iphone and reconnected, it is not a new Iphone
OK, does it work now?
I shows the same message about reading and the clok is ticking, how many minutes is normal?
Wait a few minutes, and check.
ok, waiting .....
By the way, is there anything wrong with the iPhone? Was it working with iTunes software previously?
The Iphone is fine, it is working ok,
Do you mean you've downloaded the latest iTune software right?http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
Did you uninstall any previous iTunes version, if any, first?
Did you have iTunes program installed previously on this computer?
Do you know the iOS version on your iPhone, such as iOS 5, or iOS 6?
Yes, it had a previous version and was updated, the IOS is 6.1.3
what's the progress now?
So you want to sync iTunes, not iCloud?
None, the clock is still ticking
Sorry, are you able to use/sync with iCloud?
Let's try this: go to Start, control panel, programs, programs and features, and uninstall all of these, if available:
unplug the Itunes program first,
after uninstalling, restart the computer, then download and reinstall it:http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
I am working on it
No rush; please take your time.
Well, it takes long to uninstall all these anyway.
It is done, all the applications are uninstalled
Great, you can bookmark/add to favorites this web page
then restart the computer, then download and reinstall iTunes
then connect the iPhone and check
ok, will I lose communication with you?
No, when you get back to me via this web page, or
check your email for message from JustAnswer
later, then you can get back to me later via this web page
I am back, already installed Itunes, the Iphone is connected to Itunes and syncronized, but the transfer application is performing the same situation
Sorry, do you have another computer to try?
Sorry, is it okay if you reset the iPhone?
Do I lose the messages I am trying to transfer?
do you want to access my PC through Teamviewer?
We can do remote support, but I think the issue is on the iphone
You have iCloud, so it backs up your messages right?
I do not know, I assume yes
go to icloud.com and check
How do I check?
go to the www.icloud.com website and see if it's there.
log in your apple account
