Select Bluetooth on the list.
Do a Scan.
Does your iPad see the keyboard?
If yes, you should see Logitech keyboard on the list.
Note: iPad only works with bluetooth keyboard. Not wireless keyboard.

Tap that and tap Add to Bookmark
Now go to Settings. Go to Bluetooth on the list. Try to scan for your keyboard. See if your iPad will display Logitech keyboard on the list to pair.
It does not see your Keyboard?
Did you turn on Bluetooth for your ipad?
When you turns it on, it should scan right away
On the Bluetooth list?
If yes, please tap it to pair and connect
If it asks for passcode, enter 0000

Did you try to type on the keyboard?
