Please download and install the driver for your upgraded Mac OS at the website below:http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/scanners/canoscan_series/canoscan_8800f#DriversAndSoftware; select your operating system Mac OS version; then click on Drivers; then click on "8800F Scanner Driver Ver. 13.9.2a (OS X 10.5/10... "; then click on "I Agree - Begin Download" to download and install the driver.
