yes, from yesterday when I tried to use the new aol for mac -- and I tried to sign on just before you cam on line and I got notice that an attempted email was undeliverable -- an old email that went out when I was trying to sign on

I had you check everything that I know of
and if you want a refund that's fine
but I do not work for AOL so I cannot look into a server problem
but I've helped people before that just had to call AOL to get the problem resolved.
We didn't check anything at all.. Yes, I want a refund..... I feel cheated. Not a good feeling.
