Select Mail on top and select Preferences

I have ICloud IMAP, and Gmail Google POP
Do you use iCloud? If not we can remove it
If you use Gmail, then you do not need iCloud

Select Gmail and click the - (minus) button
Confirm to remove account
Let me know when you are done.

Enter your name, Gmail address and password XXXXX setup your Gmail
its asking for a password XXXXX authentication
Please enter your Gmail password
If not working, please enter your Mac password (Mac login password).

Thats the problem I've been having. I tried to uncheck key locks, but that

Please go to Gmail.com and log into your email account.
We will need to check couple settings.
Now please go to Settings
Click on the Settings (cog wheel on top right)
Then select Settings
Go to Forwarding and POP/IMAP
Make sure IMAP is ENABLED.

Then that should work with Mac Mail app.
Now please go back to Mail app

Please click Mailbox on top
Select Take all accounts online option.
Select Gmail and click Get Mail
Does it load emails?
Or give you any error message?
the last one I got from you was at 11.12
OK that seems correct
You can try to send an email to your Gmail address
Click Send Mail or Compose
Type your gmail address
do a test and send it out.
Then click Get Mail button
See if it will show up.
