I cannot install the Samsung mobile printer app on my ipad. The install button is greyed out. Any ideas

I'm sorry about the printer app issue. If you test searching for any other app, does it show the install/download button or greyed out also?

Have you tried to reboot/restart the iPad yet: press and hold both the Power button and the Home buttons together for at least 10 seconds, until the Apple logo appears, then wait a bit, then check.

I have rebooted the ipad it made no difference. The app is the one from your link.

Can you try to disable restrictions and check?

1. Go to Settings.

2. Select General.

3. Select Restrictions.

4. Enter the password if asked.

5. Slide the Installing Apps setting to On.
