First just try to reset it, to see if it will respond to anything.

Press and hold the Home button, and the Sleep/Wake button together for at least 60 seconds, or until the screen flashes off then on.

it reset and seems ok


That's OK, but you should try to sync it too, just to make sure it is all working properly.

Connect it and click Sync in iTunes.
