Customer Question

I was up-dating my iPad Mini to 6.1. It is endlessly looping, trying to sign in. I can't turn the device off or get any button to appear. How do I get out of this loop?

Hi, I will assist,

Please press and hold both the Power button and the Home buttons together for at least 10 seconds, until the Apple logo appears, then wait a bit, then check.

Please let me know if it works or not. Thank you

I feel really stupid. I have been pressing the power button, but forgot that there was another button to press. Your advice worked. I was able to log on and update the system this time.

Thanks so much.
