All was well until an upgrade a few months ago. Once again i am unable to access iTunes store, nor can i authorize my computer even though it had been. How do i fix this - again.

What I understand is that you are now not able to access the itunes store, correct?

Let's try that same old fix again.

Close the itunes.

In windows 7, click on your start menu, then to "all programs", go to accessories, right click on the command prompt icon and choose "run as administrator". Once it opens, type in the following command...

netsh winsock reset

if it prompts you to restart the computer, restart it.

Now open itunes and try to connect.

Let me know whether this helps. If not, let me know if you get any error message.

Once again - nice job. It worked. I thought it was going to be the same fix but could not find it in my files (changed computers). I will keep it this time.
