my iPad shows iCloud Backup window with message iCloud is unable to access the account "pursellkristind". Review your account information in settings.
Two buttons appear that say Ignore Settings.

I touch the buttons and they appear to 'feel' the touch, but nothing happens, and I cannot navigate or do anything. I am frozen to this message.

First, reset the iPad.

Press and hold both the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button until it restarts.

Then tap Settings - iCloud, and verify your information is correct.
