Customer:

Customer:

i tried sending message to my sister which worked

Customer:

but again she was just next to me when i sent it

Appleologist :

Are you using [email protected] or verizon?

Customer:

umm i am from united kingdom

Customer:

i am using the three network

Appleologist :

Does it have a sim card?

Customer:

and I have also read a lot of articles about many people who have the same problem with the phone

Customer:

yes it has the sim card

Appleologist :

We will try removing the sim card and then reseting just the network settings

Customer:

do i turn off the phone first?

Appleologist :

No. Remove the sim card first.

Customer:

ok

Appleologist :

Then in settings turn airplane mode on for 30 sec and then turn it off.

Customer:

Customer:

Appleologist :

Appleologist :

When was the last time sending a message worked for that specific person?

Customer:

i just bought the phone couple of days ago

Customer:

Do you know if he has an iphone? Where does he live?

Customer:

he does not have an iphone

Customer:

and he lives in the uk aswell

Customer:

Appleologist :

I am not sure why you are unable to send to just him. But I highly doubt there is an issue on your end since you can successfully send to everyone els

Customer:

no there are only few people i can send the message to

Customer:

and at the same time there are lots of people i cannot send to

Appleologist :

Oh ok so it is not just him. To rule out software issues, you will need to restore your phone back to factory settings. Do you have a backup?
