I bought a Magic Jack but when I tried to install it I got a message that my computer ( a MacIntosh G4 did not have the needed program. What do I do now?

Magic Jack only works on an Intel Mac. It won't work on your G4 Mac. Sorry.

This is neither your problem nor mine. On Magic Jacks Advertisements and/or packaging it states clearly "Magic Jack works for both Windows & and Mac users. There is no qualifying information. I consider this misleading advertising. I am very upset about this.

Right, not my fault just giving you the info. You can take it back and get the Magic Jack Plus which does not require a computer or upgrade your Mac to an Intel Mac. Good luck.:
