Have already tried this it did not work

Expert:  Nick H. replied 4 years ago.
Do you have another iphone or ipad?

Does your Yahoo email account work on that device?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

Yes, Yahoo mail is not working on two iphones and two iPads

Expert:  Nick H. replied 4 years ago.
Thanks Serge.

What you can do now is go back to your Yahoo email on your computer. Change your email password. On iPhones and iPad, remove them and add back with the new password. See if that worked out.
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

Nick please note we have two email yahoo addresses on our equipment and neither works

The equipment is not retaining the passwords. I think it has to do with the apple updates or iTunes

Expert:  Nick H. replied 4 years ago.
Serge,

Did you update ALL of your iphones and iPads?

This happened RIGHT AFTER the update?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

yes

Expert:  Nick H. replied 4 years ago.
Thanks for your info.

Now your all of your iPads and iPhones, please remove the Yahoo email accounts. On your computer, change the password for ONE account. Use an iphone to add that Yahoo email account back. See if it will work or not.
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

Nick, I will try this. But unfortunately I cannot do it now as I have an urgent appointment.

I want to be able to stay in touch because if this works then I woujld like to pay

I will not be back for approximately 6 hours

Expert:  Nick H. replied 4 years ago.
That's fine. Hope to hear back from you.

Thanks Serge,

I saw your reply. On one of your iphone, please try to do a setting reset as follow:

On your iphone, go to Settings->General->Reset->Reset all settings (1st option). Your iphone will be restarted and you will be prompted to configure Language, Wifi, Location Service and iCloud. Then test your issue with email again.

Customer: replied 4 years ago.
