1. I have a MAC Mini with a portable usb super drive connected.

1. I have a MAC Mini with a portable usb super drive connected. I put in a cd and now it won't eject. It also won't play. Don't care about it playing I only want it out. Please help.

2. Updated Flash player and now I can't hear or see video's on line. Took it off and reinstalled but still nothing. Please help.

Does the disk mount on the desktop?

It's a portable USB Super Drive that the disc is in.

Yes I know that has nothing to do with it? Any optical drive connected to the Mini will mount the disk on the desktop if it is working. Do you see an icon of a CD/DVD on the Desktop?

I don't know how to find out if it's working of not. As you can probably tell I'm quite dumb when it comes to computers.

Go to the Apple Logo to About This Mac then More Info what is the serial number?

Select the first icon in the Dock, the face (FInder), then go to the top left of your screen to Finder / Preferences / General and check all boxes under Show these items on the Desktop.
