I have itunes on my iPad.

We have to have itunes on the computer.

If you don't have it, let's download itunes by going to

Once you download and install itunes, you will have an itunes logo on the computer desktop.

Open it and then connect your ipad to the computer.

Your ipad will be recognized by the itunes, and you will see your ipad name listed to the left side of the itunes, below "devices".

Click on the ipad name and now, to the middle of the screen, you will find "check for updates" button.

That should take you to the update of the ipad.

Let me know if you have any difficulty.
