Thank you for the question. Can you please tell me what email service you are using (ie - Comcast, AT&T, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc...)? Have you tried setting this up on your iPad already? If so, what errors are you getting when attempting to send/receive emails?

Am using bigpond which is a service run by Telstra australia
Thank you. Have you tried setting this up yet? If not, please do the following:

1) Tap Settings
2) Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars
3) Tap "Add Account"
4) Tap "Other"
5) Tap "Add Mail Account"
6) Enter your name, email, password, and a description of the account
7) When finished, tap "Next"

Your mail account should be verified after going through these steps. If not, please let me know what happens. Thanks again!

Cant tell until advice tried. Excellent if solves problem. Otherwise not so good
