Are you attempting to open your Gmail account through the Mail application on the iPad or through the browser on the iPad?

Through the mail application

What happens when you open the application? Are you given any errors?


 

Customer:

Pushing the application, it opens the gmail page but does not update the mail box. It will not either receive or send mail.

Has it ever worked?


 

Customer:

Yes it has worked fine up until sept. 20th

Did you make any changes to your Gmail account since then?

Rather, did you make any changes to your account before that/

I am not sure but I did change the pass word in the recent past but do not remember exactly. I should also mention the same account works fine on my


iphone.

Have you tried removing the email account on the iPad and putting it back?

There are no safety risks.
