Hi, I'll be happy to help with this issue
if you go to Macintosh HD-->Applications-->Utilities-->Disk Utility
and once that loads up can you choose the option to verify and repair permissions to see if that resolves the issue?
Let me know
I ran this app and it didn't help.
Thanks - if you go into your Libary folder
the instructions/screenshots are here
and once in there look for a cache folder
if there is an itunescache file move it to the desktop
and then restart itunes and see if you get the same error
I couldnt find an itunescache file. I moved the entire Cache folder over to desktop but still didnt work.
Ok, I am going to have to opt out for another expert as I have a few appointments now
You should get a message when they are available
Hi, I’m a moderator for this topic. It seems the professional has left this conversation. This happens occasionally, and it's usually because the professional thinks that someone else might be a better match for your question. I've been working hard to find a new professional to assist you right away, but sometimes finding the right professional can take a little longer than expected.
I wonder whether you're OK with continuing to wait for an answer. If you are, please let me know and I will continue my search. If not, feel free to let me know and I will cancel this question for you. Thank you!
I called Apple and it was a 20 second fix.
I just noticed you charged me another $1 on top of my $12. I did not authorize anything over $12. Please don't make me call my credit card's fraud division.
