Does an appointment need to be made for our laptop. I updated the software, now certain programs do not work.

Please go to the Apple logo on the upper left of the screen, go to About This Mac (DO NOT Select More Info), and tell me the Version (under Mac OS X), the Processor and the Memory, it is all right there.

When my wife goes on line to play her internet Hearts game it does not load. Please keep in mind we are in our 60's an appointment to come in to the store at Westgate mall would be best for us - perhaps on Saturday 6 Oct?
