I keep getting "blocked pop-up" notices in my e-mails, where previously I had videos; apparently this has something to do with my "Adobe Flash Player", whatever that is, being out of date; I am unable to download the "more recent version", whatever that is, and Adobe "live support" just says to go roaming around in their "user forums". Ugh! How do I solve this problem quickly and efficiently?
Hi, my name is XXXXX XXXXX I will do whatever I possibly can to help answer your questions.

To find out which Flash version you need, I need to know a bit about your Mac.

Click the Apple on the top left, and About This Mac.

What does it say for processor, RAM and OS X? Also what type of Mac it is.

Thanks in advance,
David.

Customer: replied 4 years ago.

Processor 2.5 GHz Intel Core i5

Memory 4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3

Top line says Mac OS X.

Hi,

What version number does it say for Mac OS X?

Thanks again,
David.

Customer: replied 4 years ago.

Version 10.7.5

Hi,

First uninstall any version of Flash player using these steps:
http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-mac-os.html

Then go here to get the latest version for Lion:
get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Let me know if there are any problems,

Regards,
David.
