Customer Question

I have a new ipad which has had endless email issues. I am trying to collect emails from my account and they will not load. I have virgin mobile as my SIM carrier, and a private webhosting company as my mail manager. The webhosting company has been absolutely useless. Any suggestions??

Hi

Did you mean you can see the email headers, but not able to view the contents when you tap on it?

Thank you
Vinod

No emails load at all, but sometimes I can send mail.

Have you tried a reset by pressing and holding the power button and the home button together until you see an apple logo?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.
Yes, multiple times as explained in my first message.

Try deleting and recreating the email. Go to settings - mail, contacts and Calendars, tap on your account and select "delete account"

Now try to add the account again

I have been through that process as well.

Sorry for the delay...

Have you tried restoring the iPad to factory settings?

If not, connect it to the computer and open iTunes. Now click on the restore button.
