Hi,

Do you get that message when you turn on the ipad OR do you get that message when you open any app?

Thank You
Vinod

get the message when I try to google a website eg Motorpoint
Thank you.

You get that message because that website is not available.

Try to look at that website using a computer and let me know whether you are able to.

I have no problem on my pc in using google to get to the chosen website
let's go to google.com and type in the word you need and then search. Let's see whether you are able to.

If you are not able to try to search a different word and let me know whether you are able to.

I have tried again using Motorpoint as an example. Motorpoint comes up the when I try to open it I still get the 404 message 'thats an error'.
I tried www.motorpoint.co.uk - its full 'address' Still the same result ie 404 Thats an error
I tried to access that website from my iPhone and I was able to. So it should work on the iPad.

Let's try a reset

Press and hold the power button and the home button together until you see an apple logo

Let's see whether this helps

When you say the Power Button do you mean the on/off button and what do you mean the home button on an iPad ?.
My iPad has a cover which shows an illuminated screen with all the apps when it is lifted and when the cover is 'down' the ipad is off.
The power button is the on/off button and the home button is the big round button below the screen. Hold hose two together until you see an apple.

Good - that seems to have cured the problem.
Thank you

Good and helpful service.

Do I record that somewhere so it appears to your credit ?
Good to know that it worked..:)

You just need to rate my service so that I will be getting a credit

Thank you.
