Ihave a personal I Phone 3 and an I pad. I use AT&T for both. I also have a business I Phone 4S. My businesss I Phone is Verison. Can I link my I Pad to my 4S or if not can I trade my I Pad in for the latest I Pad using verison? All three are less than 6 months old.

Hello. Can you clarify what you mean by "linking" the two devices? If you are talking about sharing an internet connection, then es you can share your Iphone's internet connection with your computer or iOS devices using the Iphone's personal hotspot. It is located under Settings, General, Network, then Set Up Personal Hotspot. This is a subscription service so you have to set that part up first with Verizon. Once that is done then you can tether them. If you mean just linking files or sharing data, there are several ways to do that. It does not matter what provider you have.
