Customer Question

apple told me to change my password XXXXX the apple store. I did once and then I get the message that it is the wrong password. The security question that they ask is my birthday, and the message tells me it is the wrong answer. I would like to reset my password.

I did that, and it did not work. It asked for a security question answer and told me that my birthdate was not correct. I am sorry, but I am unavailable for the rest of the afternoon and will try to contact you again. I don't think that the fee should be charged, because Apple told me to change my Apple password. It was working fine before then.
