I am trying to help a friend who is having trouble moving from MobileMe to iCloud. She says that none of her contacts (group emails) have transferred over properly. She is pretty sure that her computer is still using Mobile Me and not iCloud. She can still open her website, and she won't be able to do that without Mobile Me. The other possibility is that she has both Mobile Me and iCloud. She recently moved to Lion OS.QUESTION: How can I help her check to see if she has an iCloud account set up? (I am a PC user, but have some knowledge of Mac)QUESTiON: What would be the reason she cannot get her group email addresses to come up in iCloud?Thank you!

Hi , to see if you have an icloud / Apple ID setup , log in to icloud here .

On this webpage , you can view icloud , email address book etc .
If anything comes on screen while log in , it may fix the issue , read onscreen .
Also , after the above .
On the Mac , please see apple menu , system preferences . :
iCloud .
On the iCloud control panel , See log in . log in with the same apple ID as used for the webpage log in .
Then , tick on each option ---> for icloud to startup sync for address mail , calender etc .
Once this is set on , you can check online via the webpage first linked from any computer , if your contacts etc are synced .
can you explain , group email addresses ??
Perhaps you need to add the group email addresses , to the OSX address book .
