    http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/.
  2. Connect the iPhone to your computer.
  3. Select your iPhone when it appears in iTunes program under Devices option on the left.
  4. Select the Summary tab.
  5. Click "Check for Update":

where is itune?

If you do not see the iTunes program on your computer, then you need to download and install iTunes at the website http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ first, then you can try my suggestion:

  1. Open the iTunes program.
  2. Connect the iPhone to your computer.
  3. Select your iPhone when it appears in iTunes program under Devices option on the left.
  4. Select the Summary tab.
  5. Click "Check for Update":
