Since I updated my Acrobat version, whenever I try to open a pdf file from the internet, the screen comes up blank. What do I need to do. My version is 10.1.3 and I am using a mac.

what osx version did you install on your computer and what browser did you used?

snow leopard 10.6 or Lion 10.7?


on apple menu, click "go" --->>/Library/Internet Plug-ins/AdobePDFViewer.plugin

trash file adobepdfviewer.plugin

after that reboot your computer and test again.
