Customer Question

I use an online accounting service. It works perfectly on Firefox, but I want to use Safari.

When I log on with Safari and move into the program, the program ceases to lock onto the various options, and flickers on and off. It just won't work.
I think that you would want to fix this, because I am sure I am not the only user wanting to use Safari.

- Open Safari browser
- In the top menu bar, click Safari
- Click EMPTY CACHE
- Click the Empty button
- In the top menu bar, click Safari again
- Click Reset Safari
- Reset
, then check.

So far, although I have tried, you have not been able to resolve the problem.

By way of additional information, I have now got hold of an iPad and tried to use Safari: it got the same result - flickering and failure to lock onto a particular file that I selected.

I am sorry, but it seems to be a software conflict of some kind, so please record that I am not satisfied and cancel my subscription without debit.
