Customer Question

My hard disk died recently and I had a new one installed. The only thing I did not back up properly is the genealogical files. I saved them as .HTML files so I could share the results with my family in Germany. On the new disk I downloaded the program (Heredis) again and would like to to keep working on my family tree going back to 1749. Heredis suppoprt told me that the progam only recognizes ,ged files. Do I have to type all these dates AGAIN???
Please tell me that there is a way to convert html files back into .ged files or recommend a good software person who can retrieve the data from my old hard disk.

Thank you for your help.
