Customer Question

All of a sudden my Outlook is not able to retrieve my email from the two accounts though nothing has changed on those in the past 24 hours.

 



Already Tried:
Resetting the password XXX re-entering al of the ingoing and outgoing server names.

The server name you entered cannot be found on the network. Verify that you are online and that the server name is correct. (Which I am, and it is correct).

Sure, but I am connected to you on the Mac side of my machine. Outlook resides on the PC side via VMWare Fusion. We probably need to switch over to that side?
