All of a sudden my Outlook is not able to retrieve my email from the two accounts though nothing has changed on those in the past 24 hours.
Already Tried: Resetting the password XXX re-entering al of the ingoing and outgoing server names.

What Error do you get ?
The server name you entered cannot be found on the network. Verify that you are online and that the server name is correct. (Which I am, and it is correct).

Sure, but I am connected to you on the Mac side of my machine. Outlook resides on the PC side via VMWare Fusion. We probably need to switch over to that side?
